The main function of this position is to improve and develop the company's manufacturing capability by improving and maintaining existing processes, delivering right first time products to a demanding production schedule. You will also ensure a smooth transition from prototype through pre-production into series manufacture in a cost effective and co-ordinated fashion when overseeing new products and machinery.
